Musashi Japanese Restaurant

Vegan & Sake Bar

660 W. Street Rd Feasterville

We want to introduce you to Musashi Japanese Restaurant Vegan & Sake Bar

Chef's Biography:

Chef Nobu Miura has ventured into Bucks County with 30 years of Japanese Culinary experience. Trained by masters in Tokyo Japan he arrived in North Carolina where he owned his first Japanese Restaurant for 11years and was awarded best in area for 3 consecutive years and the title of Iron Chef of North Carolina. He then moved to the prominent Baltimore Sushi Restaurant Edo Sushi At Inner Harbor , and finally to Philadelphia's premier Japanese Restaurant Morimoto's, under Iron Chef Morimoto (food network star) and lastly he worked at Philadelphia's Finest Ramen restaurant called Ramen Bar. Chef Nobu Miura is also a Master Instructor in the fine art of Japanese Swordsmanship known as Kendo (Bushido). The same discipline and attention to detail that Nobu uses in this art form is also the same discipline that Chef Nobu uses with his cooking. Thus the name Musashi was taken for this restaurant.  Nobu is naming the restaurant after the greatest Japanese Samurai to symbolize the dedication and discipline that his food receives. Along with his wife Keiko (the restaurant manager) and his assistant Japanese Master Sushi Chef Kashiwagi to bring a new and exciting version of Japanese Cuisine that the Bucks County area has never seen.

The mission of Musashi is as Chef Nobu says, "Consuming healthy food for a long life." Musashi accomplishes this goal by bringing Bucks County its first Japanese Restaurant with a focus on Vegan (Shojin) a very traditional form of Japanese cuisine.  Teishoku - a well balanced complete meal with entree several sides and soup.  Along with the freshest of meats, fish and vegetables.  Chef Nobu's healthy style places a focus on natural nutrition and is light on sodium, carbohydrates, fat & cholesterol. Along with Musashi's traditional sake bar with over 30 kinds of sake, sake cocktails, and sake flights, we believe that Musashi will be the best Japanese restaurant in Bucks County. We look forward to serving the public our unique and healthy version of Japanese Cuisine in a modest yet tastefully traditional Japanese atmosphere.
